Ambergris is in the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula. For many reasons, Belize is a trully Meca for divers, because of this pristine waters. Like Grand Cayman, they have their city of rays, but not just rays! When feeding, with the rays, there comes the nursesharks, and it´s a really nice snorkeling. If you have a chance to dive in Ambergris, you´ll be sailing from San Pedro, the cute little village at Ambergris. A few miles out you´ll see the barrier reef, where local guides will show you "las gatas"(name they use to those fishes, like "the cats"). It´s an amazing experience! Here, the model is trying to tease the rays (and they come!). I used my Nikonos-V with natural sun light, because it´s shallow! On the botton you can see some sea grass, very typical from Belize. I have to manage it a litle bit to have better contrasts and deep blue. Regards!
