This kid was carrying the biggest cabbage I have ever seen!! I wish I could have taken a picture with both sides of the cabbage!! I took one from the back, but all you could see was the cabbage... He tried to sell the cabbage for US$0.57 what a bargain!!!

I like. The shot angle works well to make the kid seem smaller.
It's a bit blown out. Look at the upper cabbage leaves, hair highlights. Check to see if this is a problem in your original shot or a processing problem.
Consider cloning out the wire, especially the one leading to his head.
(Very minor - stick in the local currency and amount in addition to US value.)

Wow, what a cabbage! I like how you captured the kid lugging it around, yet smiling. The string lines at top left are a bit distracting.
