A couple sitted on the sand, looking west; beginning of a sunset, the trawlers were going out of the reef for a night of work; the typicall clouds of tropical skies run away for a dark night full of stars.

A very good composition on the thirds! The low horizon line creates a great stage to present all those wonderful clouds in the sky! The mixture of contrasting blue and orange colors is excellent! Well done! Thanks for sharing!

For some reason, the image does reminds of the book with the same title. The focus is a little soft on the people, but it works fine.

Olá Paolo, I like this one a lot. Kind of nostalgic mood from the tropics. A couple on holidays watching the others going to work - it's a strange feeling...Wonderful effect from the clouds and nice timming with the wave breaking.

Horizon is tilted, which is fairly easy to have avoided with a scanned image. The people are out of focus...the image focal point is beyond them, on the surf line. The right side of the frame is underexposed, significantly lacking detail in shadows and quarter tones. This is made more evident by the uneven lighting...the very bright towel upon which the woman is seated, and the bright red reflection off the man's shirt, in harsh comparison to the right side of the picture.

The sky and sea colors are good in this one. Natural and pleasing.
