Photographer’s Note
The central Cathedral in Granada, a colonial and relatively wealthy city in Nicaragua, sits at the northern end of an approximately one-mile avenue on whose tree-lined walkway center the hopes his country has to refurbish and remodel itself, and attract positive foreign investment and tourism. The church faces a square that is the locus of daily life and many colorful festivals.
Did use a polarizing filter (don't know the model, it was an ebay cheapo that we dropped and broke later in the trip) added just a touch of saturation and contrast.

A touch of saturation and something else, because Granada`s Cathedral is not as spotless.
Still a much better picture than the one I took years ago with my ageing Olympus. Dont know if you have been to León, in case you have not, do so!

It looks like a very impressive and beautiful cathedral. Regarding the photo I would say it is a bit on the darkish side for a full sun shot. Also, I would have done it a bit differently in order to include the entire tower bell tower and on the left, either crop the cupola or stand in such way to include the entire church.

Ciao Joel,
the cathedral is indeed beautiful, sin for the bell tower cut, the photo is very well executed with some beautiful colours and a beautiful light.

Joel...
beautiful cathedral - but better would be to take a whole cathedral, without cutting...
Amazing colours and good sunny light...
Greetings!
