Photographer’s Note
In Rio Chagres rain forest live the Empera Indians. Relatively isolated they keep their traditions and language alive. They come in contact with tourists occasionaly and are really friendly.
Their anistic religion is rich and they worship all natural elements like Water, Fire, Rain, Soil and they use roots nad plant extracts to treat everything.
Women are always topless and here the 2 girls just decorated their body before a dancing ritual they performed. Their height is short (no more than 1.50 mt)
Unfortunately my camera back then was an automatic one and the picture is not of high quality. I reduced noise with Neat Image after a suggestion of a TE friend

Great subject and models to capture. Its a pity that the
picture quality is poor, Savas.

Hola Savas.
Very good portrait of this two colorful girls, nicely captured with great sharpness and composition. The quality is not so good but you did a good work.
Cheers.

okay, this may have technical problems, a bit too neated may be... and as a result it looks more like a painting than a shot... but it reminds me of the paintings of an artist i love a lot; paul gauguin... it has the flavours of Two Tahitian Women i think... and Ea Haere Ia Oe also... loved it sava...
