This picture was taken from one of the balconies of the Enver Hoxha's villa facing the bay of Vlora. By the time this picture was taken, this building hosted the National Center of Anti-trafficking.

Elvis fotoja eshte shume e bukur dhe e vetmja gje qe e zbeh eshte asocimi me diktatorin,qe nder krimet e shumta qe beri ishte edhe shkaterrimi i rivieres!
Giritli what is interesting in this photo is that this riviera is one of most astonishing in mediterranean area as you can see from blue sea!
