Photographer’s Note
I took this picture with a compact and from inside a moving car so I hope you will excuse me for the camera shake (and the weather!) but I thought it was a worthwhile shot as Albania is usually protrayed as THE country of potholes! The fact is that new roads like these are spreading throughout the whole country fast.
