[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
Krimmler Ache is the stream that makes the famous Krimml waterfalls. The valley above the falls has beautiful alpine landscape. It's not too crowded either as the valley is not publicly accessible by car and about 400m ascend from the base of the falls keeps less determined hikers out of the place.

Scanned photo.

What a beautiful alpine view. Such a landscape image, with plenty to see. Well captured.

Hi Kari. Long live the less accessible parts of our world and long live individuals who visit such places and bring to us their impressions. Lucky cows. Nice PoV giving the scope and intereting details. Regards. Klaudio.

Kari,
Very nice capture of the beautiful valley. The field of yellow is very catchy. The playful cow is interesting. Great scan. I found a better printing shop to do the scan on my old negatives. The colors come out much better & have much less noise. They scanned at 15MB - more if I'm willing to pay more. How large is your scanned file if I may ask? Regards. Latiff.

I find that the image needs a bit of more sharp Kari, but this place and this image are beautiful and the mountain atmosphere too, compliments.
Ciao

I bet this is beautiful in its original form, but the scan quality is not so good. The photo is well composed and I love how you captured the cow dancing!

Terve Kari,
These old scans lack by far the clarity we now get with our pixels, I also have loads of nearly useless negs & dias, this place for sure has a great potential but the impression is spoiled by the scan and the lack of light on this overcast day, posture of the cow is funny though.
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves

Hi Kari,

A good POV of this farm scenery and of the mountains in the background, the photo has a good composition, DOF and nice colors. Thanks for sharing.

Pierre

Hi Kari.

It's a pity that the picture is scanned because the view is amazing! The photo creates a great atmosphere of calm & peace.

Well done!

Tc, Oscar

Hi Kari - considering the age, the scan quality is quite good, very nice view to begin with, what draws my attention is the dynamic pose of the middle cow, normally they seem so stationary they are almost like furniture.

Your scan lacks quite a lot of sharpness, Kari, but that's partly forgiveable given the age of the print. But worth posting given that this is a valley that few have the opportunity to see. I am intrigued by the dancing cow in the foreground! Cheers . . . David
