2015 Flemish Parliament (Belgium).

Flemish Parliament Building: peristylium on Hertogsstraat.

The Flemish Parliament building has been the seat of the Flemish Parliament since 16 March 1996. The building, located in the center of Brussels, was erected in 1905. It was architect Joseph Benoit who designed the Hôtel des Postes et de la Marine on behalf of La Poste and the board of the Sea World. It would serve until 1987 as the main building for De Post. In 1987 it was purchased by the then-called Flemish Council and rebuilt by architects Willy Verstraete and Jozef Fuyen. The Drome sale is now located on the site of the former inner garden, this is the plenary meeting room. Further in the building there are committee rooms, a reading room (the Anna Bijnszaal), a break room (the Coffee House), reception rooms, a number of office spaces for the president, the secretariats of the political groups and parliamentary administration, a press room with workspaces for the press . Most offices and the visitor center are now located in the adjacent House of the Flemish People's Representatives.

I hope that you enjoy it
