ashamed, but it is probably the best picture I managed to take in Liege. The center of the city was overwhelmed by bums, multi-culti families with small kids (they should be in their beds!!) and potential criminals.
The picture show a ING bank built next to the Opéra Royal de Wallonie (established in 1816) building in the best city place, the central square.
