Walking in Bruges 2019 on Saturday afternoon with camera in hand.

Eugène Goddyn was a son of master bricklayer Pieter G. Goddyn.
He received his education at the Bruges Art Academy.

But I am not sure that the façade that I am showing was placed by this group

In the second half of the eighteenth century, a number of monumental classicist buildings were realized by some contractors, who sometimes also worked together, such as master carpenter Emmanuel Van Speybrouck, ceiling lamp Johannes Van Sassenbrouck and contractors Louis Feys senior and junior. Goddyn had a son of the same name, Eugène Goddyn junior († 1802), who was involved in his father's later work.I hope that you enjoy it
