When I saw this taking place I wondered of this man (Mister Proper) was really trying to clean the road. And yes, when his work was done the road surface was clean indeed, with the exception of the surrounding trucks and buildings which were covered with a thick layer of dust.

J'aime beaucoup cette photo reportage sur ce Monsieur Propre qui nettoie la route mais pollue l'atmosphère d'un quartier. L'homme a inventé des machines mais n'a pas toujours vu les nuisances qu'elles occasionnent.
