Photographer’s Note
yes yes..i know, we have seen it hundreds of times before. But I think the bridge and the area around it is so beautiful so it`s worth to post it again.
I had a 12 days tour of the Balkans. Short and intense.
It was more than 20 years since i was on the Balkan so it`s was very interesting to be back. Much has happened down here, both good and bad things as we all know.
So first out I choose Mostar.
Cropped, sharpening after resize.

Hello Boa,
Yes ! Another picture of the famous bridge.
And yes an original POV and framing.
I like this green framing very much.
But I'm afraid that by the time I will arrive in Mostar there will be no original ideas left over for a photo
of the bridge.
Best regards, Paul

Hej Boa,
I know that some sights are very popular, and we can't avoid them! but I am sure that there are no two similar photos (let alone more similar photos). Each photographer sees the same scene very differently...
You chose a very interesting, original POV - a fresh look at the same view :) I like it very much! it's like looking through a "natural" window - through all this foliage.
I also like the natural colours and the composition :)

Hej Boa,
Even if this bridge is one of the most photographed you have mangaged to take a very orginal shot. of it. The natural frame of leaves is marvellous and the depth is really impressive. TFS and have nice evening!
Cheers,

Hej Boa,
Good title! It really takes an effort to find a new angle for this bridge, which is getting almost as popular on TE as the Taj Mahal. I am guilty too. I would say your eager search was worth the time spent, because the way you have framed the bridge entirely in greenery is quite original and gives a new dimension to the new "old" town of Mostar.

Hi Boa,
Your photo is unique with its green framing. It was good you did not place the bridge in the center but slightly to the left. TFS

This historic bridge of Mostar is the most remamber from the dark-age of balkan in the 90th.
But, nevertheless it is a superb pic. - nice colors, sharp and well contrasted.

Hi Boa,
The leaves and the trees are framing well the river, the bridge and the buildings. the pont of view leads my eye through the arch of the bridge toward the trees in the background which is giving depth to the composition. The strong light does nut affect the output of the colors. Have a nice day.
