I've already posted some some photos of this beautiful river Buna. This is the end of the river, just 50 meters ahead is Neretva river.
This is one of most beautiful parts of this river, it is wide, slow, shallow, divided in many branches. This is a very left branch, the side where is my home village Hodbina. The recent photos of this river and old mill are made 100 meters from this place.
But during the winter, which is normally rare and short, this area is just one huge dangerous water force. For that reason, all those trees, mostly willows, but also some fruits,like fig tree (left corner) and pomegranates can survive that short period of high waters.
