Photographer’s Note

This is a view along the valley of Radobolja river to the mountains east of Mostar. The 20 metres tall minaret to the left is that of Tabačica (tanners)mosque. The mosque was built before 1600, and was mostly used for prayer by the tanners (tabači) who had their workshops (tabhane) in the vicinity of the mosque.

Hallo Roland,
mein heutiger Nachbar!
Ein schöner Blick auf die Einkaufszeile,das Minarett und die Berge im Hintergrund.
Habe schon viele Bilder von dort gesehen ,schein ein nettes Stäödtchen in schöner Umgebungzu sein.
