In this photo I think the title "Village People" woker good :)
Nice use of sepia, but I prefer the BW one, the constrast are more strong and i like this in a photo.
Nice POV, and great depth.

it seems to me that the working atmosphere is a very relaxed one - quite joyful to see these four guys posing for you embeded in this sepia world. I agree with Isabela 100% and it gives a warmer aspect compared to the B&W.
