Photographer's Note

Plitvice Lakes is a group of sixteen small lakes - Proscansko Jezero, Labudanovac Lake , Ciganovac Lake , Galovac Lake, Kozjak Lake... - mutually conected with numerous large and smaller waterfalls. Plitvice waterfalls are created by deposition of travertine -a kind of limestone that created this unique and attractive wonder of nature.

What a marvelous place.....this place is just out of the world ...your note is quiet descriptive...the POV of this picture is just perfect ....great framework. I just love your color balance in this image. The sharpness is also very well balanced ....Excellent job done...

Hi Janusz,

This is a beautiful shot and I love your POV from up high, take us to the top of the water falls and see where is all goes down to the valley with rush green vegetation and into the emerald pool of green and turquois water. The rainbow is a bonus to the beautiful photo.

Excellent quality photo and thanks for sharing. I love to visit this place for myself one day.

A really very nice wild landscape, with
a lots of action (the waterfalls) and
a picture with a lots of highness and
depth (great point of view and quality)
The little rainbow is a nice extra like
a cherry on a delicious cake.

An admirable perspective from a higher point, Janusz.
The colors and light with a rainbow, and most of all: water flow from everywhere.
Nice taken, the reserve is magnificet one - so I heared and see on TE posts.

Swietne ujecie w bardzo pieknego miejsca. Ciekawie skomponowales wszystkie elementy zdjecia, a tecza zdecydowanie dodaje mu uroku. Wyraziste kolory, bardzo dobra ostrosc zarowno na pierwszym jak i drugim planie, dobry kontrast. Chetnie sie wybiore do Plitvic teraz ;-)
