| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
Korcula has been described as a little Dubrovnik without the crowds. Early and late it certainly is when the cruise ships aren't around. At night you are likely to hear a local group of musicians performing traditional music not far from this, the main square of the old town and featuring Kathedrala Svetog Marka (St mark's Cathedral).
Always in the background are the hills of the mainland and, with a little luck classic blue skies.
I cropped the photo a little to clean up the photo. |

Hello Ian,
Good use of the vertical crop to get rid of extraneous image. Shame you ran out of room at the top of the shot. This has happened to me a few times, What I do is clone out the offending protrusion and voila. The other thing you can do which is very simple is extend the canvas and just copy in some more sky. If you are interested I'll send you some detailed instructions. Like everything, once you've been shown how to do it it's east.
Good shot though, I like the colours and the detail of the tower.
cheers
Pete
