I like the photo :)
I agree: perhaps, he has just seen the menu... or maybe he's seen WHAT those people are eating? :))
Nice photo. Although perhaps the gentleman's trousers are a bit too white against the background (pavement). But I think it cam be easily corrected in Photoshop.
