Photographer’s Note
Hello folks.
Another photo from Denmark and a place called Råbjerg Mile. We had been to Skagen and looked at the place where two sea's meet. A bit south of Skagen lies Råbjerg mile. It is the largest moving dune in nothern Europe and it's approx 1 squarekilometer. The wind moves the location up to 18 meters/year in a north-easterly direction. The top of the dune is 40 meters above sea level.
I had imagined that I would sink down in the sand when walking up the dune, but it was only the upper, say, 10 centimeters that was concisting of dry sand. Under it the sand was steady.
Some facts above are from Wikipedia and if you want there was more to read and learn. Map link is Google maps.

Hi Per. As i am in the minerals bsiness, this would make a lot of my associates salivate as it seems to be a good silica deposit, ideal as a raw material for glass and foundry use. Back to the photo, it is well composed with excellent colours, and the sky patterns are just a delight. TFS. Murray.

Hi , Per .
This is really an excellent photo from Råbjerg mile !
The photo is very well balanced between the blue sky and the immense sand dune .
I like how you managed to include the green vegetation and the people which gives a very good sense of this unique landscape !!
A beautiful place indeed !!

Hello Per,
The vast sand dunes make up a fascinating landscape!
The slowly rolling lines, the fine texture in the sand...
Image is well composed and I like inclusion of the people, also for scaling!
Greetings,
