Hi Jonathan,
What I like here is the contrast between the dark viking boat and the light wood of the row boat each with their own reflections too. Green colouring on the water and the trees creates a nice tranquil atmosphere.

Hello Jo,
A nicely balanced composition with a pleasing blend of tones. I like the ripples in the water and, of course, the reflections. Superb clarity. Just a slight niggle, the stern of the viking ship is rather too close to the frame, but just my personal opinion.

Une petite balade sur le lac ? Oui mais… pas très rassurant quand même sachant qu’il y a des vikings dans le coin :o)))
N’empêche que c’est chouette ici le voyage dans les deux époques !

It's been many years since I've been there, but I remember this little longboat well. You captured it very nicely next to the other boat and its passengers, who seem to be a grandfather and his grandchildren. I really like the reflections in the calm water too. Very good catch of the lake, thanks for sharing!

J'aime beaucoup le contraste entre les deux bateaux, la ressemblance principale, c'est qu'ils sont tous les deux à rames, la comparaison s'arrête ici !
J'ai une préférence pour la photo publiée, les contrastes sont mieux perçus.

This takes us back to those days! Wonderful detail of the Viking replica and a great reflection of the surface. Good sharpness and colors and a nice 1/2 frame. I think this one is better than the other ones, as it gives more space and openess to enjoy the surroundings, too
