This church on top of the hill is part of the small community of Enslev (ca 3 km from Grenaa) situated just behind the church and the trees and not visible. As I saw this church from a distance from the main road I decided to take a look. I had to be quick to take this photo or I would loose the light as it was fading fast.
The landscape is very typical for this part of Denmark, slightly hilly terrain with many farms and large fields of crops. Villages in this area are usually small, sometimes with beautiful old houses in the center. The larger towns in this part of Denmark are Aarhus which is the capital of the province and Randers. |

Hello Harko,
The church and its bright colours white and red are very nice to look at sorrounded by the green of the vegetation. The light you managed to catch is beautiful and allowed you to deliver a charming final result; quality is excellent, the compo works well and it's well balanced.

Hello Harko,
This is a nice composition. This nearly panoramic format is well chosen and the small white church is very well placed here. The light is very soft and gives these delicate colors in the sky. I love this quiet mood.
