Traditional house in Tallinn (IV)
 |
|
| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
This will be my last picture of the citry of Tallinn, since my last views there were only taken in the harbour, and we did not spent so much time there (3 days in overall, I think, but my datations are very approwimative)).
I believe this one is sometimes called the "house of knights", thanks to the two engraved stones on the facade showing mounted knights. If you compare with my previous house picture, you will see that the style is exactly the same, but tat this one hasd been restaured or at least renovated, whereas the other was just a neglected old house.
A very nice week end to all.

Hej Emmanuel,
Thank you for showing the city of Tallinn. The facade is beautiful with wonderful decorations. The soft colours are fine too. Well done!
Regards,
Lars
Hi Emmanuel,
Lovely a-symmetric framing of this symmetric façade with this that pale yellow-pink pastel colours.
Original composition for a classical scene.

Bonjour Emmanuel
Yes, this shows sign of renovation & fresh paint. Nice tiles on the facade with soothing colours. The architecture style has been well shown here. Sad to see the end of Tallinn series from you..
Best Regards
Angshu
Hi!
This is house of the Blackheads Guild. The members of Blackheads Guild were unmarried merchants, and it's establishment year is unknown, but before 1400.
