Joensuu City hall, build in 1911-1914 is designed by architect Eliel Saarinen. It combines art nouveau and national romanticism.

In building operates theatre of Joensuu and Teatteri ravintola restaurant and also Joensuu City council holds its meetings there

It is wonderfully that sky and water have similar tints. Only sky is very troubled but water is absolutely calm as ice surface. Evening mood was reproduced excellently.
