Hello Kari,

Excellent shot of this incredible building. It seems to be really huge;) And its white colour give superb character. I would also like to see the cathedral from different POV - without this statue.

Hi Kari, you found yourself a good viewpoint on that parked truck. You have great clear lines to the building, with the monument nicely portrayed up front. Nice lines seen here in the building with great colour contrasts seen between the building and roof, and building and that great sky.

Hi Kari,
Beautiful vertical presentation this wonderful cathedral. The green domes contrast strikingly with the vivid blue sky while the foreground flowers reall anchors this image very effectively. The old statues and building are seen in very sharp details.

Kari,
always at the look for the perfect POV, hehehe. Climbing around on trucks of other people to get a better view? It would have been nice to have the link to your previous post of this place and compare the improvement with your higher POV.

Yes, this really is one of the most beautiful building in Helsinki. This POV is really good and I like the colors of this photo.

I've seen, and taken a few photos of this cathedral, but this is special because of the spring vegetation, the sky, and the touch of family life in the fg that adds life to the scene, I like the way the sunlight brings out the golden stars in the smaller domes.
