The south end

| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
Looking towards the south end of lake Suolikas, standing at about the same spot with my camera as in the previous photo. The lake's south end still belongs to Vihti municipality, but just 200 m further south one is on Espoo's area. I'm planning to have one of my next hikes to that direction, where I will find 3 more small lakes or ponds and also the highest point of Espoo.

Deep blue of the water and soft green of the trees, a charming image of the beautiful Finnish lakes. Sharp and with a execcelent POV.

Hej Lasse,
This is a truly beautiful landscape! Typical Nordic, it could very well be Sweden. Maybe that´s why we have "The Finnish Forest" here in Sweden (please see here and here).
Your photo is well composed and the colours are really excellent!

Here, it seems to me that the colours are more intense, maybe because the water has most of the space in the photogram and the trees seems a frame to it. There is this afternoon atmosphere when the light leaves deeper and longer shades. A nice picture.
Ciao,
Donato

Hi, Lasse.

Hi Lasse,
I acknowledge being more attracted by North of Europe than the South although I do not know Finland or Norway. I like much these marvellous landscapes like here on this photograph. An image full with calm and serenity. Country which I will perhaps visit a day I hope it… Thank you Lasse.
With all my friendships and a very good day,
Jean-Charles
