sometimes you just take a good eye and a camera to create such a funny composition.

nice interrail picture

ciao
Silvio

PS: it seems you really like trains!

Hello Kari,
Good Idea, good composition I like it - I also travel a lot with my dog - but the dog at the photo is muchh better and quiet Than my...:O), good Idea nice capture
My best Regards
Rastislav

Hello Kari,

Funny!! Funny, but ugly... and I think it would make a great poster for a tattoo shop!
And I guess you can sleep that way if you're not too tall...
Besides no one will disturb you if the dog has big teeth, hehehe!
A fine documentary...

Greetings,
Pablo -

Hi Kari,
Nice detail...that red nail polish ;-)
You might expect that from a high classy woman, but not with someone who painted herself under some nice tatoes. I like this stolen snapshot, it brings a lot of interesting details in the photo, the dog, but also the shoes under the seat.
Have a nice day, Henk

Hello Kari,
A very good observation. At the first glimpse I took it for granted that the tattooed legs belonged to a man, then I saw the red toenails and changed my mind. A very interesting documentary photo.
Regards,
Gert

Don't know what happen to my critics ?
but you never now this days....

Standing on a cartoon.
you have a way of including the whole world to trains in all different kind of shape and in one way I kind of understand you. go by train is a journey in so many other ways than just going from A to B. this is a very good picture of the thing that you suddenly getting very close to a variety of people that you wan't under other circumstances. traveling by train is moving sin a small chamber where you are still but world changes all the time.
Those bearded boogie boys might not go that much on trains though :) they've seems to prefer old cars

Hello Kari! I am still tatoo free :) but I know that I am old-fashioned meanwhile and my friend's teenager in Unterwasser has just made one behind her neck and it is so so ugly, I felt sorry seeing it on this beautiful young woman. Never mind, some like it that way and maybe some day, when I am completely out of my mind, I make one too but somewhere hidden. I work with someone that has a tatoo on her leg and so has her husband and they chose this as a "wedding ring" ... imagine you go to the tatoo thing after the church and have some stings made instead of a romantic evening ... Oh anyway, maybe I prefer your Finland lake shots better than this one but it belongs to our every day life scene. Good one, Barbara.

Hi Kari,
it is the same problem with graffiti: is it art or is it just ugly? Your photo is a very nice document indeed. TFS!
Warm regards
Harriet

hi kari,
seems that "leg shots" are a succes.
i thought it only happens to me, but seeing this i understand that legs have a certain magic of their own ;o)
the benches might not have been very confortable but it seems the girls didn't mind much and are still relaxed, just as the sleeping doggie.
good for (all of) them!
and good moment spotted and captured by you - well done!

Terve Kari,
ZZ Top but might have been Rose Tattoo as well ! A good detail from a cultural fact in our society, I'm not too fond of this art but tried once in Morocco for fun...
Have a nice evening JY

Hello Kari,
Pretty entertaining photo!
The composition is very funny & everyone
there has something to offer--including the dog!
Good daily life catch! ;-)
Maryori :)

ps/ I am totally with you on many things in
your introduction. I am still trying to find
a syle, but to be honest, I don't care. Just
going with the flow... as you can see I can
go from a coygirl posed photo, to an oldsmobile,
to an old casket at a cemetery! but it's been fun..

Have a good weekend!
