"blue Helsinki"? :) Very interesting colour gamma... and good composition! Lovely reflections of city lights in the water. I like the "torn" clouds which are an important element of the mood of the image.

Hi Maged,
Excellent blue hour light. Those clouds look massive, rain approaching is quite obvious. Very nice reflections of those office buildings. Correct city would be Espoo.
