Autun, near the cathedral. This beautiful house was my first try to make a HDR shot. The weather is very grey today and light conditions were quite poor. I used Paint Shop Pro to merge the 3 pictures together. Cloned away an ugly electric wire. Sharpened after resizing for TE. Any tips on how to get the best results here are welcome.

Often I don't like the HDR because the abnormal rendering Here colours are very natural.

I like this too. The tones suite this house very well. Nothing to complain.

Un premier essai réussi compte tenu du rendu qui n'est pas artificiel du tout par rapport à ce que j'ai déjà pu voir en HDR. Le sujet se prête bien à ce type de traitement.

Bonjour Wolf
Intéressant ce procédé pour garder un ciel sombre en évitant un aspect laiteux.
Je pense qu'il faudrait augmenter le contraste.

Dag Wolf,

Ik ben in totaal geen echte fan van het gebruik van HDR, nochtans is uw foto zeker niet slecht, tegenovergesteld zou ik zeggen, hij is mooi.
Maar u heeft bewezen in het verleden dat u echt kwaliteit in huis heeft en dat helemaal niet moet zoeken achter die hulpmiddeltjes.
Ik heb al altijd veel respect gehad voor uw mooie foto's, dat u steeds laat zien.
Maar waarom ook eens niet experimenteren, men moet alles eens geprobeerd hebben om te weten wat nu het beste is nietwaar!

experimental, I guess. What I like here is the sky. Good job,
