BAYEUX MADNESS

I was relaxing at a street cafe with a huge mug of Leffe after a long days ride. These people drove through the town many times dragging cans, blowing horns and making as much noise as possible. Later in the evening a saw a guy in a dress stopping a police car and weighing the police officers (he was carrying a set of scales) I have no idea what was going on so if anybody knows please tell me!
