Caribbean Fisherman

|
| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
I struck up a conversation with this fisherman while on the island of Saint-Martin. He told me he was catching bait to use for catching Red Snapper. What struck me most about him was what appeared to be deep concentration while casting, his protruding tongue and very little body fat.
I changed the cropping to zoom in closer to the fisherman on the repost. |

Great shot Rob, no compromise here, color is great and shadows are well controlled, absolutely nothing is overexposed yet the shot is wonderfully bright and the focus is dead on. Add to that a composition that really works and you have this picture, great capture.

Hi Rob!
This is a nice photo! The colours looks like very natural, the man is well positioned, all the details are very sharp and well exposed. Well done!

Hi Rob:
Really great composition. Personally, I would have liked the colours a tad muted. But your way works wonderfully well.
