Wonderful use of sepia! I think this picture would probably look a bit kitschy, if not for the sepia. The minimalistic tone brings out the symmetry in the dragon. It seems like you could have sharpened the image just a bit more since the dragon doesn't seem quite crisp enough, although it could be what he is made out of. Really nice subject.
