Photographer's Note

At the end of one of the days in Paris, I was on my way from Parc des Buttes Chaumont towards Belleville. The location of this old building with a mural is not certain now. But a well-known artist might have created it. The mural was well illuminated at night and there was a plaque, which probably explained who the artist was and when the mural was painted, on this wall. The open lot next to this building was all closed up and one could not enter there. Being near sighted, I could not read what was written on this plaque. I stood there for a while hoping to find someone who knew something about the mural. But at the end I gave up and continued my way down towards Belleville. One thing I didn’t forget was to take a photo. This way, if I really wished to, I could find the mural again. Over the mural, there was the moon. The painted wall and the crescent moon went together well.
