Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

Yesterday, I posted a photograph showing the pretty harbour and its flower basket decorations; Today, I move a little further round the harbour.

I hope you will be able to get an impression of this most attractive, seaport, with its tall, shuttered houses and seafront cafes.

However, there was a real danger!
In this modern mode of 'health and safety', the edge of the walkway, which was charmingly old, had a surface which was quite uneven and there was no barrier between the walkway and the long drop to the marina.
I witnessed an old person take a slight stumble whilst looking at the sign for the book sale but, fortunately he recovered.
I would imagine locals will be quite familiar with the hazard but ... it's a different matter with visitors!

Having said all that, it's a beautiful place to spend some time exploring, photographing and taking the odd drink or two!

Have a lovely day, Bev :-)
