Photographer's Note

Strolling along part of the city walls of Beau Caire, I just loved the windows and shutters on the buildings around me and had to take a few shots. My mother is an artist and I was looking for subjects for her to paint.

Hi John,
Nice view to these two houses that present two different window styles. What I especially like here are those fine nuances of blue colour.
It is also interesting to see that out of 12 windows not two are alike, which perfectly reflects lifestyle/attitude of their owners/users. Sometimes details really tell us much more than the whole.

it looks like two images being stitched together, plenty of symetry and great texture...houses with some visible flair...very nice...they could look even better in a pouring rain...cheers, arturo
