Photographer’s Note
When you go along the ocean from downtown Biarritz up in the direction of the "Musee de la Mer", on your left hand side, you will see this church: l'Eglise St Eugenie.
The day was cloudy, it had been raining for 2 days straight, and I got lucky that afternoon as the rain stopped. Not a single spot of blue sky though.
I chose a "cloudy"white balance setting to warm up the picture, because the colours were really, well...there weren't many. Now that I am posting this picture, I wish I had gone inside. But I was short on time.
The tunnel I took this picture in, is just after you pass that church.
