un bel assemblage de ces trois photos de cette superbe architecture romane de cette église du Poitou
l'intérieur vu avec ton ws est splendide
l'art roman est celui que je préfère
et là tu nous partager une fois de plus un beau momnument avec un ciel qui se prête bien à la circonstance et avec celà une belle luminosité

Hello Joël,
A splendid capture of this abbey church with its interesting and rather unusual bell tower. The cloud filled sky adds to the mood and creates an interesting light. The figures in the doorway bring a good sense of scale.

A nouveau une sacrée image ;o) Elle est très belle, très grande (la présence de la personne permet d'apprécier la hauteur de l'édifice), très vieille et très bien conservée. Ah ce qu'il est beau notre patrimoine !
Tu as adopté un format carré. Est-ce le résultat d'un assemblage de photos ? Oups ! Je viens de lire "3 images" ;o)

Very good presentation of this imposing abbey. Due to an optical illusion of the light on the spire it seems to be piercing the clouds. The interior shot could have been a main post on another occasion while the other exterior image is very similar to this one. It depends on your intentions, but the people in the WS are less intrusive than those here and still give the scale of the abbey.

Joel,
Excellent shot of this fine cathedral. Your composition is fine here with the side building and repeating stones leading the eye into the scene. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail. The WS shots are great as well giving us more insight into the cathedral.

Très belle architecture de cette grande église. J'aime l'asymétrie de la façade et la grande tour qui monte à l'infini.
Superbe prend plein de détails et un beau ciel. Il en était également l'intérieur est magnifique.

Les nuages semblent toucher le clocher, la cour de l'abbaye est un excellent réflecteur qui renvoie une lumière indirecte sur la pierre.
Avec une lumière directe l'architecture aurait paru plate.
Intéressant tout de même.

Hey Joel,

An amazing architectural shot, composed with good though to it, and a beautiful POV, the cloud formations behind it are a great addition. It seems like they are painted on the canvas behind it - in any case, a beautiful job, clean and neat - the human at the doorway acts as a good scale, although I don`t know if that was planned for. :)

un giorno quando visiterò la Francia, farò un libricino con tutte le tue foto così avro una guida dettagliata di tutte le piu' belle chiese e abbazzie da visitare. bellissima questa con una architettura semplice ma molto bella ,la persona aiuta a capire le dimensioni della chiesa. bellissimo anche il cielo.

Joël, l'art roman est sobre mais d'une très grande beauté. J'aime le rendu de la pierre et la lumière qui mettent en valeur la belle façade.
