Bonjour Marie,
This is a beautifully composed shot with the boats in a diagonal for interest and composition.
The light creates a calm, romantic atmosphere.
However, the horizon is tilted and the focus is a little soft. I'm not sure what photographic programs you have but this could easily be corrected with Photo Shop or Paint Shop Pro.
