Quadriga on top of Brandenburg Gate, Berlin.

The artwork was created by Johann Gottfried Schadow in 1793. Financial aspects did also play a role. In order to reduce the costs, only two horse body forms, but four head forms were manufactured.

Art à la Prusse!

@drt100: Two different horse body forms means that each of them was used twice: there are two horses with left front hoof lifted and two others with the right front hoof up. Nothing of the sort of not being complete!
