I hardly believe my eyes, your travel map has one of the most covered areas that I have seen on TE. A fine example of windows to the world. Congratulations.

This castle is taken with just a slight optical distortion which is hardly noticeable. Good composed view.

Hallo Achim. Manchmal bedauere ich es, Hessen nur ungenügend zu kennen. Man reist in die weite Welt und kennt nicht die Schönheiten im eigenen Land. Dein Photo gleicht dieses Defizit etwas aus, - und ich nehme mir vor, bei nächster Gelegenheit eine Fahrt quer durch Hessen zu unternehmen. Danke in diesem Sinn für das schöne Photo. Interesting contrast in architecture. The white tower seem very different to the building on the right. Nice point of view to capture both structures. Details are excellent and the colours look just fine. Thanks Achim.

You show us a very lovely winter picture middle in summer.

This is a great shot with fine composition and POV. The lighting and colors are nice with good sharpness and detail. The trees between the two buildings help to separate the two different styles architecture. The blue sky provides a great backdrop for this great scene.

A quite typical castle of the area I think. A beautiful composition which is well balanced and where the good light is appreciable. An interesting photograph, thank you Achim.

The point of vieww takes us toward the castle which is nicely frame by the trees in the foreground. The details and colors are clear and sharp. The presence of the people has an effect of scale. The quality of the light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
