Hello Wolfgang,

Good shot to the two sleeping men in the afternoon. A composition well balanced with the vegetation on the side. Good licht too and especially a format very broad well selected.

ein zweideutiges Bild, wie auch in deiner Note beschrieben; am besten gefällt mir aber diese unbekannte Bierkiste im Bildmittelpunkt..es geht halt nichts über ein gutes "Oettinger Bier":.)) ;
feine "lebensnahe" Aufnahme, gut in Szene gesetzt..

It's a kind of funny capture. The title looks appropriate, all you can see is two man taking a nap in the nature after they had a few beers :) It looks like they had a plan :) Anyway it's an interesting capture!

Hallo Wolfgang,
nun, ich vermute diese beiden aktuell wenig in irgendwelchen Internetforen oder als fotobegeisterte Akteure durch die Lande ziehend. Ihre Leidenschaft scheint zumindest im Moment eher der Mischung aus geistigen Getränken und ausgiebigem Schlaf zugewandt zu sein. Bestechendes Momentbild, daher wäre auch der "decisive moment" passend.

Funny, this picture. I like the framing and the compo. Life for them in summer must not be so bad, but in winter probally things would not look so nice...

But I open up and viola! here they are having a rest on grass, and where else to get a pause for life?

Wolfgang,
I'm sure this one used to be called "The Layabouts" - actually, I've probably dropped by this shot several times, but I can never quite think of anything sensible to say about it - although it has some strange attraction for me, clearly.
As if "The Layabouts" were in a metaphorical play, perhaps in which the motiveless idleness of the main characters forces us to examine the roots and purposes of our own motives in achieving anything at all.

I'm not sure that they are really artists but they seem totally absorbed in their sleep, probably the beer helped them a bit !
