St. John Nepomuk

The homelessness of the Catholic community Göllheims ended only in 1815 with the construction of Holy Cross Church. Since this was fast but dilapidated, was replaced in 1911 by the Church of St. John Nepomuk. The building, also known as "Nordpfälzer Cathedral", was built in the historicist style of late Gothic and has a very harmonious entity. Inside the church is a baptismal font created in 1500. He was originally placed in a chapel in Kerzenheim and home was convicted in 1826 in the then-new Holy Cross Church.

The Kerzenheimer Gate

The "Kerzenheimer gate" stands in the place of "pilgrimage gate", one of the three gates of Göllheimer attachment.
