Boeing 747-200 "Schleswig-Holstein" is the highlight of Technik Museum Speyer. This Jumbo entered service in 1978 and has been on show in Speyer since 2002. Setting above rest of the museum is impressive and platform on the wing provides special views.

Hello Kari,
Cool. At first I really thought has just taken off with the tires perfectly parallel to the pillars. Still an impressive view. I see people under the "tent" above the wing. Regards. Latiff.

Hi Kari,
I was in Speyer in December last year but didn't have the time to visit the museum. Nice, rather impressive shot of this Boeing 747-200. Sharp and with lively colors.
Greetings
John

Hello Kari,

I will be in Speyer in a few weeks and I will try to find the time to visit the museum. Nice interesting and impressive shot of this Boeing 747. Excellent sharpness and with fresh colors.

With regards from Luxembourg

Hi Kari
Very impressive shot of this huge bird. By looking at the thumbnail, I thought it was getting airborne for real. What a piece of museum. It must be fun to walk the wing up to engine no 1.
Regards
Pierre

Terve Kari,
So far the 747 is my favorite aircraft to travel overseas, I hope I'll get one day the chance to try the A380... Nice image with very good highlights on the top.
Have a nice sunday JY

Hehe! Interesting one, I like it. Really, ready to airborn. Seems to.
Good photo!

Hi Kari
It's funny to see a Boeing 747 in such a position and I think it's the best place for it as they are getting rather old and use up too much fuel. The plane stands out nicely against the grey clouds. I like your low horizon too.
Regards
Nikki
