Great view of this wonderful city Guenther. The cathedral looks particularly good. And I'm glad to see you've included one of the many barges that constantly travel the Rhine.

Hallo Günther, wie geht's? Ein schönes Bild aus Köln, mit scharfen und farbenfrohen Details. Die Rheinfähre im Vordergrund ist ein gutes (und ich würde fast sagen, ein notwendiges) Detail für einen balancierten Bildaufbau. Grüße aus Kanada.

Hello Guenther,

Cologne a city that I gladly would bring a visit maybe next year.
The rhine and certainly the old Dome middle of the city make great impression on me.
Excellent composition the river in foreground and all the lovely buildings in second line.

...fast 40 jahre in köln und umgebung gelebt, aber vielleicht erst 2 mal mit der gondel übern rhein gegondelt..und nie eine cam
dabei gehabt..schöner blick, muss ich mir mal merken und ein paar euros in die überfahrt investieren.*g*
perfektes timing mit dem schiff auf der rechten seite. good job & best wishes, thor.
