Hi Oliver a very nice winter photo, I like the combinations of white & blue ! Here there is good light on the trees as well and the cloud that separates forest & moutains is a bonus, a very nice shot !

Beautiful scene
To preserve its beauty, it's best to use small aperture (f/11, f/16 or smaller) to get depper Depth-Of-Field (DOF)

The firsts freshly fallen snows of the season! The exposure, here, is good : No overexposure in the sky, snow; and the shadow area bellow offers again nice details. The composition is great : I really like the nice balance between the sky, chain of mountains, and the forest. Well done, Oliver. A beautiful shot.

What a stunning shot. I just love this landscape, so many levels to look at. And well composed as well, I love the way the low cloud is mirroring the shape of the hills.
