Children running through the alleyway with a handmade lantern were taken with the flash, catching the light of a background by the slow shutter.

Tech: levels adjusted, unsharp mask(160%, 0.3, 0), added frame, and NeatImage(default, 312KB --> 107KB) for removing the processing noise.
