I was just in the "Fränkische Schweiz" with some friends, when I took this photo. The "Fränkische Schweiz" is a small mountaineaous area in northern Bavaria. If you want to go there you best start off from Forchheim.
The area is about 250 km^2 and there's kind of 250 breweries around, which all make their own different tasting beer, so people could go on a "degustation de bière" and take like month to get through everything.
But well... that's not all, as you can see, natural beauty is also offered.
When I saw this friend of mine sitting there, it just reminded me so much to an old 17th or 18th century painting, where a girl sits almost exactly like that and gazes into the far-away - of course clothes and stuff are different, but well, you can't have everything, ist it? So I did not ask her to move or to pose or anything, but took this photo, later asking her, if it'd be ok if I keep it. |
