Flying Corn?
 |
|
| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
Perhaps you would expect to find this in the US Midwest. The area referred to as flyover country by those who live on one coast and fly to the other.
But no, this unusual flying ear of corn is hanging from the ceiling in Frankfurt International Airport.
It is always nice to have something colourful attract your attention and give you a chuckle when changing planes in the middle of a long trip. Thank you, Frankfurt Airport, for making me smile. |

Hi Peter,
Very funny shot you have here! Great airport it must be.
Thank you for sharing this picture with TE.
Regards, Ramy.
Hi Peter,
What an original idea! The corn really seems to take off. And theres nice diagonal lines in the background.
You might want to correct state data. There's two Frankfurts in Germany. And the one with the big international airport is in Hessen.

Hi Peter,
What a smooth take off, but caught in between the flight.
Please arrange something different for the passengers, till the plane full of corns lands.
Nicely composed shot.

Rajeev
Hi Peter,
foto molto divertente.
Speriamo che questa pannocchia non si trasformi in pop-corn durante il suo volo ;-) Eheheheh!
