I am not a big fan for taking the normal tourists photos in places where tourists are everywhere. I came across this idea of usng a puddle for checkpoint charlie in Berlin.

Darren,
Yes I know what you mean, it is nice to take a photo of a often captured place that is not trite. You have done well in that respect. When I was here about 6 weeks ago there was some con artist dressed in military fatigue and holding an american flag. He was charging people for pictures with him in front of checkpoint charlie. I was disgusted. Did you see him?

Wow man, beautiful photo. I really like the cyclist moving by the photo. Very "Cold Warish", sort of like Big brother watching over you. Even the photo itself looks a bit aged which in my opinion adds to the feel.
