Hi Kari, nice timing for this shot, in terms of the sunset colours and of the train lights:) Rhine valley is one of my favourite places in Europe and you have managed to capture the beauty of the place by just showing a train and a sunset over the hills.

Hi,
You have very good colour and shadow detail here. So many lines for a fine perspective. I always find these kind of areas a bit desolate looking because no-one would stop there, everbody 'passing through' but the background and colour make this quite attractive. Thanks.

difficult light, well managed. A typical German evening mood with that light, very familiar. I like the amount of patterns by the rail.

Beau jeu de lignes et de couleurs, image douce et précise avec cette demi obscurité c'est parfait. Moi je ne vois pas de trains au Québec avec ces fils au-dessus, mais je pense que Bombardier Québec a un projet pour la ville de Québec avec ces trains avec des fils au dessus comme l'image.. A peaceful image, even with all the hubbub of the city the train , tracks and all the lines, the peace of of the sunset still comes through..love the silhoettes of the massive mountains..beautiful shot. TFS

your pov is very good and looks really impressive to me. the low light is very well managed and also the silhouettes of the wires and poles work very well with this nice sky of pastel colours.

Hi Kari,
Very good composition. Today I commented a photo with very strong post-processing, where the electric wires (and even complete cars!) were cloned out. That's why I'm looking specially at the wires here. Of course they are an important part of this picture. They belong to the subject, but also they make the sky less boring.
I like the lights on of the train, matching the illuminated sky.
